Providing compression therapy treatments to help people like you feel and live better.

If you have been diagnosed with primary or secondary lymphedema, lymphedema related to cancer treatment, Chronic Venous Insufficiency (CVI), or arterial conditions such as Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) or Chronic Limb-Threatening Ischemia (CLTI), you may be prescribed a compression therapy device to support your care at home.

Compression therapy can help patients experiencing swelling, venous ulcers, slow-healing wounds, poor circulation, or discomfort related to venous or arterial insufficiency.

AIROS Medical designs, engineers, and manufactures a full portfolio of therapy solutions — including Sequential Compression Devices (SCDs) for lymphedema and venous complications and the ARTAIRA™ Arterial Compression Device for PAD and CLTI.

For more than 20 years, our team has worked alongside podiatrists, vascular surgeons, wound care specialists, and certified lymphedema therapists to ensure patients receive safe, effective, and clinically supported compression therapy. Our mission is simple: help people move, heal, and live better through proven, accessible technology.

AIROS Medical does not dispense devices directly to patients. Instead, we partner with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) suppliers who deliver our pumps and garments, provide education, and ensure patients receive the therapy prescribed by their clinicians.

At-Home Therapy

Our suite of compression therapy devices supports both lymphatic and arterial patient needs—providing effective home-based treatment that helps patients stay consistent with their care.

For lymphatic and venous patients, our Sequential Compression Devices (SCDs) – also known as arm and leg compression pumps – deliver gentle, gradient pressure designed to help reduce swelling and improve fluid movement.

For arterial patients, our ARTAIRA™ Arterial Compression Device delivers high-pressure, intermittent pneumatic compression (IPC) designed to help increase arterial blood flow, support wound healing, and reduce ischemic discomfort.

Once prescribed either a lymphatic or arterial device, patients are connected with a knowledgeable DME supplier who guides them through setup and use in the comfort of their homes.

We ensure that each partner in our DME network is well-trained in compression therapy and familiar with our full portfolio so that clinicians and patients receive the correct therapy for their condition.

Intuitive Device Design

Whether supporting lymphatic, venous, or arterial conditions, we design all AIROS Medical devices to be intuitive, user-friendly, and easy to operate.

DME suppliers and healthcare professionals can quickly set the appropriate pressures, modes, and cycle times for each device. Patients can begin therapy with just a few button presses—keeping treatment simple, consistent, and accessible regardless of the condition being managed.

From gentle gradient compression for lymphedema and CVI, to rapid, high-pressure cycles for improving arterial flow with ARTAIRA™, our entire portfolio was created to support life in motion and help patients stay consistent with their therapy at home.

Insurance

Sequential Compression Devices (SCDs) — also referred to as Pneumatic Compression Devices (PCDs) — are commonly reimbursed by Medicare and most private insurance plans. These devices are used to help manage lymphedema, Chronic Venous Insufficiency (CVI), and other swelling-related conditions.

For patients with Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) or Chronic Limb-Threatening Ischemia (CLTI), arterial compression therapy may also be covered when medically necessary. Coverage varies depending on diagnosis, clinical documentation, and insurer requirements.

Because every patient’s situation is unique, it’s important to check directly with your Medicare plan or private insurance carrier to understand what equipment and services are included in your benefits.
