Gerry has been the President and CEO of AIROS Medical since its inception in 2016.  Prior to co-founding AIROS, Gerry has worked for sales teams in the Philadelphia area primarily focused on regional territory development and sales goals in the mid-Atlantic region.  Gerry finds the most joy in his work with AIROS seeing the positive effect that our devices have on a patients’ quality of life.

Michael comes to AIROS with years of experience in medical device sales, new business development, and sales operations.  He joined the team as Vice President of Sales and is excited to see how the AIROS devices can help alleviate and manage symptoms of lymphedema and venous disorders.

Darren comes to AIROS with over a decade of experience in corporate marketing and start-up environments.  Throughout his career, he has helped a variety of organizations generate leads, increase sales, and develop a strong online presence. At AIROS, he is responsible for driving multiple FDA 510k clearances of medical technology and helping launch the company as a co-founder.

Chris comes to AIROS with years of experience sourcing new business opportunities in the medical device industry.  Chris has been the VP of Business Development here at AIROS since 2018 and finds the most reward in his work when he hears about the successes that the patients have had using our devices to manage their symptoms.

Adrien or Adie, is a national board-certified health and wellness coach and a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. She has over 40 years of experience in manual therapy, including medical massage and physical therapy. She currently treats lymphedema patients and people with chronic pain and chronic illnesses as part of her private practice and during clinical hours at an integrative health facility in Nashville, Tennessee.

Kelly is a physical therapist, Certified Lymphedema Therapist, and one of the first national board-certified oncology clinical specialists in the United States. She serves as an instructor at Concordia University’s Physical Therapy Program and a guest speaker at various conferences, programs, and community groups. She also owns Cancer Rehab PT, LLC, an educational content company focused on educating individuals interested in lymphedema, oncology rehabilitation, and physical therapy.

Betty Westbrook is a Physical Therapist Assistant certified in advanced lymphedema management. Through her passion to educate others about Lymphedema she created Lymphedema Podcast, and this introduced her to many more opportunities to advocate for the underserved Lymphedema community. In 2019 Betty created the first summer camp for children with Lymphedema in the United States. Camp Watchme is a time for children with Lymphedema and their parents to immerse themselves in a community of others who understand exactly what they are going through. Advocacy, education, and community are three things Betty values most as a voice for the Lymphedema community.
